The legend: its residents cook recipes cooked in the sun and composed of exotic wonders ...
Everything starts with summer holidays ... Since their youngest age, each year Nicolas, Jaïro and Jonathan return to Guadeloupe and Martinique in this summer period.
The program is simple but friendly: reunion with the family, beach days, concerts, festivals and many other outings in the most beautiful spots of these islands.
And, there is this little pleasure between all these activities that gives the Vibe: the bokit!
Small, always-good, traveling Kaz sells these exotic hot sandwiches at the end of the beaches, NightClub and other well-known popular places.
What good memories for this trio in these Kaz Bokits with their best friends, their darling, domino tables and Sounds System !! Really, that memories made in West Indies!
A day and a few years later in Paris ... Nico suddenly said: "I want to eat a Bokit so much ... What if we opened our Kaz in Paris?!!?".
The adventure begins in October 2010
The challenge: to find a new unifying concept for all the communities of the Caribbean islands but also of Guyana and the departments of the Indian Ocean.
It is also the ambitious project to share this delicious exotic culture in a very Parisian urban environment.
